Youthful Impulses

Not the best of posts, but I tried. I normally try to take pictures before I go out and do my day's work, but it just didn't happen that way. Instead, you get what I look like when I stumble in my apartment after a long day of flitting around town. 

Since this is finals week, my schedule is all over the place. Wednesday was a free day for me, so I went out with two of my friends on the square. Yes, I live in one of those towns with an old square. How I got here, I don't know. 

Earlier in the week I went to another thrift store, apparently my new addiction, and I picked up this crazy number. The skirt was on the 75% off rack which brought it to a whopping 88 cents. I saw the skirt and loved the print along with the price and had to get it, although it is an interesting skirt to wear. I know longer skirts are "'in", but I just never thought they were made for my hippy body type. I threw caution to the wind and went for it anyway. Since the skirt was pretty loud I went for all-black everything else to tone it down. I liked. 

While on the square, I also got a tattoo. Just because I could. What a bamf I am. What else is youth for besides making risky style choices and getting tattoos for the heck of it, right?
