Truth or Dare

Sometimes, I have to dare myself to wear certain things. Some things are good in theory, and then you try it on and it looks...eh...

Working on my fashion experimentation, I looked through Forever 21's current TwelvebyTwelve collection.

The Military Jacket- I know military is big, but the lace and the shoulder pads really make this jacket something special. I like it, but it's something I'd like in secret until I grew the balls to wear it.

Leopard Coat - I have always loved leopard print, but I've always felt it was good in small doses. A whole coat, that would be a push for me, but it just looks so luxe.

The Lace Tee- I also love lace. I own a few lace tops, so this won't be too far out for me style wise.

The Fur Vest - I like this one because it isn't as intense as the full on fur vests (a la Rachel Zoe). The fur is just a collared detail.

I'm not sure how long it'll take for me to muster up the courage, but somehow I will. And when I do...watch out world. Haha.

Spottieottiedopaliscious

I went with the cheetah spots today. Feeling very spottieottiedopaliscious, get it? Funny, I know. You should really look up the song though. The horns in it are pretty bitchin'.

Mornings are colder than I'd like, and then it warms up. Why the bipolar weather? Regardless, this is the closest thing to cute I could muster up, while being warm. I wore a coat and scarf over this, of course.

I'm trying to keep up with posting, and I can never settle on a layout, but I'm trying. Heart You Guys!

Lady Of The Summer

I've never considered myself a girlie girl. I never went out of my way to get pink things, but recently I've been embracing the muted pinks that have been going around. They scream gentile femininity. In my "Cocaine Chic" post, I have on my favorite lady-like top, muted pink with puff lace sleeves. 

You won't  see me wearing dainty gloves and Sunday brunch hats, but there's nothing wrong with embracing your inner lady.  This little outfit selection is my way doing the lady thing, without going too bubblegum.
